R — Register – Have the group register and emergency contacts ready

E — Equipment – Wear your yellow shirt/hoodie so students can spot you

C — Check water – Make sure students are hydrated; teach them tap water is safe!

H — Have your tickets – Don't board a coach or enter a venue empty-handed

A — Assess the risk – Review the risk assessment for the day's route

R — Rain-ready – Remind students to bring a raincoat or umbrella

G — Go fully charged – Full phone battery + power bank before you leave

E — Every photo counts – Capture key moments and share to the PhotoCircle app

Trip: The Bridge Nightclub, Oxford
Transport: Bus 400/8 to and from Headington
Duration: ~2 hours at the venue

Monitor student behaviour carefully. Alcohol is not allowed, and students must remain respectful at all times.
Watch for any inappropriate or unsafe behaviour and address it promptly.

0:00 – Meet at accommodation for a welcome and safety briefing by Activity Leaders.

0:10 – Depart accommodation and walk to the bus stop.

0:15 – Take bus 400/8 to The Bridge nightclub in Oxford.

0:35 – Arrive at The Bridge.

0:40 – Begin the International Disco – dance, sing, and have fun!

2:00 – Regroup at the meeting point inside the venue; Activity Leaders check headcount.

2:10 – Depart The Bridge and take bus 400/8 back to accommodation.

2:30 – Arrive back at accommodation; students gather belongings and prepare for the night to end.
